This 4-week mini-course facilitated by four different presenters will engage participants in an experiential approach to prayer. The mystery of the divine-human relationship will be explored through various prayer forms. Some of the topics to be explored: The Journey of Prayer—expand and enrich your concept of prayer and your relationship with God; A Presentation on and Experience of Contemplative Prayer; Prayer through Artistic Experience; Prayer through Taizé (Prayer and Music).

Wellstreams offers continuing education and professional enrichment opportunities for Spiritual Directors, Pastoral Care Ministers, Chaplains, or anyone in companioning ministry.

A spiritual director's education never ends. The completion of a training program is just the beginning of life-long learning and personal growth. While our workshops and seminars are specifically focused on the skills and issues needed in our ministry, the topics are certainly relevant to a number of professions. Our facilitators are all highly-qualified and experienced in their fields. Each one brings a unique perspective on compassionate ministry. All are welcome to participate.

Most sessions are 2½ to 4 hours long with average fees ranging between $25 - $55* *scholarship funds are available. Please do not hesitate to inquire about financial assistance. We strongly encourage advance registration for each program. Some sessions have limited space. Call (614) 228-8867
